Candidates who sat Turkey's second 2026 international-student admission exam can now review a public sample of the paper. ÖSYM released 10% of the TR-YÖS/2 basic question booklet and its answer key after the 11 October exam. This is not the result announcement: ÖSYM's official calendar lists 5 November 2026 as the result date.

Only 10% of the booklet is public

The ÖSYM notice is precise: the public link contains 10% of the basic question booklet together with the answer key. Candidates should not expect the page to reproduce the full exam. The questions are protected under Turkey's copyright law, and ÖSYM says they may not be copied, distributed or republished without written permission.

Use the answer key as a limited self-check

The released sample can help candidates verify the answers to the published questions and identify possible mistakes. It cannot produce a reliable final score on its own because 90% of the paper is not in the public booklet and the formal result has not been issued. Treat unofficial score calculators as estimates, not as an ÖSYM result.

Results are scheduled for 5 November

ÖSYM's 2026 calendar lists 5 November 2026 for TR-YÖS/2 results. On that date, candidates should use ÖSYM's official results portal and verify the URL before entering credentials. A result document shared in a messaging group or by an intermediary is not a substitute for the record retrieved from the official system.

The score is not a university placement

TR-YÖS is used in international-student admissions, but publication of a score does not place a candidate in a university. Each institution publishes its own application window, accepted exams, programme quotas, language requirements and document rules. Applicants should build a university-by-university checklist rather than wait for a single national placement notice.

What to prepare before results day

Keep the application record and identity document ready, save the official ÖSYM links, and list the universities and programmes you intend to approach. Check each university's international office for deadlines, diploma-equivalency requirements, tuition and teaching language. Do not pay an agent who claims to guarantee admission or asks for your ÖSYM password.
